For our vegetarian guests this year we have a Mushroom Roast Wellington. Succulent portobello mushroom marinated overnight in Red Wine, Herbs and Balsamic, grilled and bundled up in crisp butter pastry with layers of Kale, Sherry Caramelized onions and Goat Cheese Cranberry Pecan. This succulent golden pastry is offered with a succulent Marsala Demi glace, Mashed potato, Stuffing, Sweet Potato Crumble, Butter Green Beans, and side of Cranberry Citrus sauce.
